Ponzi Scheme
The SEC filed an emergency action charging Wynn Charlebois and his company, WC Private LLC, with operating a Ponzi scheme. Charlebois allegedly defrauded 75 investors, using investor funds to pay for debts, personal expenses, private school education, vacation, and mortgage payments.
