Vuuzle Media Corp, Ronald Shane Flynn, and Richard Marchitto

A Final Judgment has been issued against Vuuzle Media Corp, Ronald Shane Flynn, and Richard Marchitto, who were accused of fraudulently raising over $25 million through a boiler room scheme. The SEC alleged that Vuuzle and Flynn used high-pressure tactics and false promises to raise funds, misappropriating the majority of the funds for personal expenses and to sustain the scheme. The Complaint also stated that Flynn and Vuuzle continued their fraudulent activities even after the SEC’s lawsuit began, offering a deceptive “VUCO security token” to investors.
