The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has permanently barred Tyler Morgan Krol, a former J.P. Morgan Securities LLC representative, after he refused to provide documents and information in an investigation regarding allegations that he opened unauthorized credit cards for bank customers and charged over $31,000 for personal use.

Krol’s failure to comply with FINRA’s investigation violated FINRA Rules 8210 and 2010, leading to his permanent ban from associating with any FINRA member in any capacity.
