SEC Final Judgment
A final judgment was entered against Tarek D. Bahgat. According to the SEC Complaint, Bahgat allegedly misappropriated over $378,000 from 7 clients. Bahgat impersonated his clients to gain internet access to their brokerage accounts and then transferred money to himself and his company, WealthCFO, LLC.
The final judgment ordered Bahgat to disgorge $378,021.97; $142,057.43 in prejudgment interest; and imposed a civil penalty of $378,854.
