A FINRA Complaint alleges that Suresh V. Kumar participated in unethical business, promising to train individuals to pass the Series 57 exam, teach them how to trade securities, and double the value of their deposit. When a participant asked for a refund after failing the exam twice, Kumar claimed he could not repay the money. He was allegedly spending it on personal expenses. Furthermore, the complaint alleges that Kumar participated in undisclosed private securities transactions and failed to respond to request for information and/or provided false information in regards to the investigation.
