The SEC entered final judgments against Robert D. Christensen and Anthony M. Matic, and their related entities Foresee, Inc., The Commission PDX, LLC, The Policy PDX, LLC, and Innings 150, LLC. The Complaint alleged that Christensen and Matic raised money through unregistered promissory notes from retail investors to invest in real estate. Christensen and Matic relied on new investor money to pay earlier investors and used the funds for personal purchases such as vacations, casinos, gifts, and more. The final judgments impose conduct-based injunctions as well as disgorgement and prejudgment interest. Additionally, the final judgments order Christensen and Matic to each pay a $200,000 penalty and impose permanent officer and director bars against them.
