The SEC filed an emergency action to halt an alleged multi million-dollar Ponzi scheme. The Complaint alleges that Nayeem Choudhury raised over $9 million by promising a risk-free investment in his hedge fund, Dream Venture Capital Group LLC. Choudhury allegedly misused investor funds to repay existing investors and for personal expenses.
