Lev Parnas has submitted an Offer of Settlement which the SEC has determined to accept. The Commission’s complaint stated that Parnas allegedly misused and misappropriated investor funds, engaged in other fraudulent activities, and also acted as an unregistered broker. Parnas pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and admitted that he gave investor’s incorrect information. It is ordered that Parnas be barred from association with any broker, dealer, investment adviser, municipal securities dealer, municipal advisor, transfer agent, or nationally recognized statistical rating organization.
