FINRA Barred

FINRA has permanently barred Jeffrey Alan Arbeit (CRD No. 6603428), a former Investment Company and Variable Contracts Products Representative with Farmers Financial Solutions, for refusing to cooperate in an investigation into potential misconduct involving unreported private securities transactions.

Arbeit was terminated by Farmers Financial Solutions in March 2025 for failing to report private securities transactions, a violation of both FINRA Rule 3280 and firm policy. Following his termination, FINRA launched an investigation and, in May 2025, requested documents and information from Arbeit pursuant to FINRA Rule 8210. Arbeit acknowledged receipt of the request but refused to comply.

By declining to produce the requested materials, Arbeit violated FINRA Rules 8210 and 2010, which require full cooperation in regulatory investigations and demand high standards of ethical conduct from registered individuals. As a result, he has been barred from associating with any FINRA member firm in any capacity.

If you invested with Jeffrey Alan Arbeit and suspect you were involved in an unreported or unsuitable investment transaction, you may have legal options to recover your losses. Contact ChapmanAlbin today for a free consultation.
