David Henry Hansen

The SEC issued administrative proceedings against David Henry Hansen. The respondent submitted an Offer of Settlement that the SEC has determined to accept. Hansen was the majority owner of Yellowstone Partners LLC and participated in an allegedly fraudulent scheme to inflate his and his co-defendants’ income. He also allegedly failed to maintain updated investment agreements. He has been sentenced to prison and ordered to pay restitution.
