Type of alert:

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has suspended Cynthia S. Beyerlein from acting as a broker in any capacity. Beyerlein was a registered representative with Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC until her termination in 2023.

Public records indicate that Beyerlein accepted approximately $200,000 in loans from her clients to pay for personal expenses and failed to disclose an outside business activity, two “red flags” of fraud. Beyerlein went on to briefly serve as a broker for Kingswood Capital Partners, LLC before she was suspended by FINRA. Investors can learn more about the allegations against Beryerlein on her BrokerCheck report, available here: CYNTHIA S BEYERLEIN – BrokerCheck (finra.org).
