SEC Complaint

The SEC charged Clayton R. Thomas and Personalized Healthcare Solution, LLC, the now defunct entity he controlled, with allegedly misappropriating funds and selling fraudulent promissory notes.

Thomas and Personalized Healthcare Solution allegedly raised over $700,000 from an investor, promising they would purchase medical devices and generate a return from usage fees. Thomas overstated the purchase price of the medical devices and fraudulently inflated anticipated returns. He allegedly pocketed the difference in the actual cost of the device and the amount he told the investor it would cost.
