The SEC announced charges against Clarice Saw for allegedly defrauding an elderly customer of $2.4 million. Saw allegedly liquidated the customer’s securities holdings without their consent and transferred the funds to her personal bank. Funds were used to pay for her car and mortgage, and other personal expenses and investments.
