FINRA Barred
ChapmanAlbin is investigating claims on behalf of investors who may have suffered losses while working with former broker Anthony G. Saab.
According to a FINRA disciplinary action, Saab has been permanently barred from associating with any FINRA member firm in all capacities after refusing to comply with an investigation into his sale of alternative investments. In April 2025, FINRA requested documents and information from Saab under Rule 8210 as part of an ongoing investigation. Saab acknowledged receipt of the request but refused to produce the requested materials.
By failing to cooperate, Saab violated FINRA Rules 8210 and 2010, both of which are designed to ensure transparency and accountability in the securities industry. As a result, FINRA imposed a permanent industry bar.
Saab has a long history in the securities industry, dating back to 1969, and was most recently affiliated with The Fig Group, LLC, and another unnamed FINRA member firm until December 2024.
