Unsuitable Recommendations
A final judgment was entered against Alan Z. Appelbaum for violating suitability requirements. The Complaint alleges that recommendations were unsuitable because the customers had an unwillingness to lose their entire investment. Appelbaum also made false and misleading statements that resulted in unauthorized trading.
