Ponzi Scheme

The SEC obtained a temporary restraining order and an asset freeze, and other emergency relief to halt a Ponzi Scheme run by Agridime LLC, Josh Link, and Jed Wood. The defendants have allegedly raised at least $191 million from over 2,000 investors offering investments related to the supposed purchase and sale of cattle. Investors were told they would receive 15-32% return; however, the money generated was used to pay older investors and to pay sales commissions to Wood, Link, and other representatives.
