Volunteering and Community Outreach

Beyond using our legal expertise to fight for investors who have been wronged, our team is proud to serve our community with both time and funds. Join us in exploring the initiatives that allow our firm to give back to society and push for meaningful, positive change in causes that are close to our hearts.

Pals in Motion

Pals In Motion

Over the years, ChapmanAlbin has donated $7,500 (and counting!) to InMotion, a nonprofit organization in Northeast Ohio that offers community-based wellness programming for people living with Parkinson’s disease and those who support them. Each year, InMotion hosts the Pals in Motion race to raise funds that support their holistic wellness programs and keep them free of charge for all who need them.

This cause is especially important to our firm due to Partner and Attorney Jason Albin’s personal experience. Here is what he had to say:

About 10 years ago, my mom was diagnosed with Parkinson’s. It is a horrible, degenerative disease that has taken away her voice and her mobility, among other things, which has greatly impacted her quality of life.

In addition to the donations we make to InMotion, every year, my family and I participate in the Pals in Motion walk-a-thon/5k race. This year, my oldest son, Gabriel, won silver in his age group for the 5k. We’re very proud of him, and we look forward to supporting this important fundraising event for years to come.”

Urban Squash

Urban Squash Cleveland

The mission of Urban Squash Cleveland is to empower student athletes in Cleveland to reach their full potential. USC largely relies on volunteers to facilitate a mix of academic support, time spent practicing and competing on the squash courts, and enrichment opportunities – including community service projects, field trips, and internships – to encourage team members’ physical, social, and academic health and well-being. The ultimate aim is to support each student in their pursuit of personally meaningful post-secondary opportunities.

Partner and Attorney John Chapman believes strongly in this mission and enjoys the ongoing privilege of volunteering with this exceptional organization. To learn more about Urban Squash Cleveland, please visit their website.

Hope Farm

Operation Hope Farm

Every month, the team at ChapmanAlbin volunteers with Operation Hope Farm in Akron, Ohio. This organization is dedicated to helping those experiencing homelessness, and our team appreciates the opportunity to support Operation Hope Farm by serving dinner once a month.

Nashville Resue Mission

National Association of Federal Equity Receivers (NAFER)

Each time our attorneys attend a National Association of Federal Equity Receivers (NAFER) conference, they are given the opportunity to take part in a volunteer event sponsored by NAFER and staffed with conference volunteers. This year, Attorney and Partner Jason Albin participated in a volunteer event hosted by Nashville Rescue Mission, a “community committed to helping those who are hungry, hurting, and experiencing homelessness.”

The Steak Club Foundation

Through the Steak Club Foundation, ChapmanAlbin has helped sponsor an event where we volunteered to feed servicemen and woman aboard the USS Marinette during Navy Week in Cleveland.

See our work in action!

Today, the Steak Club Foundation keeps the same formula as the first dinner: get great people together over a fantastic meal and amazing things happen!  They thrive on supporting their members through making meaningful connections for business or pleasure, but also by putting our network to work in supporting the causes that are closest to their members’ hearts.

Step 1.

Talk to an Experienced Attorney Today

Step 2.

Quick Review of Your Paperwork

If we think you might have a case, we will need to review a few basic documents. If we determine you have a case, then you will have the option to hire us as your attorneys to pursue it.

Step 3.

Signed Attorney/Client Agreement

If you decide to hire us to pursue your case, we will have you sign an attorney-client agreement so we can begin the process of trying to recover your losses.*
