James Turpin, also known as Jim Turpin, was terminated by USA Financial in June 2024 following allegations of theft from a customer account. He worked with USA Financial from January 2017 to June 2024 at their Haddonfield, New Jersey office. Israels & Neuman, a law firm specializing in investment fraud and securities arbitration, is currently reviewing claims related to Turpin’s actions. As USA Financial is a FINRA member firm, it is required to have proper supervisory procedures in place, and if they failed to supervise Turpin adequately, they might be held liable for any resulting customer losses.
