Goff, the founder of Edger Solutions, LLC, allegedly made false statements about account values and returns, his qualifications, and his personal management of the funds. Goff also allegedly failed to disclose to investors that their funds were transferred to bank and foreign currency trading accounts. Finally, the Complaint alleges that Goff failed to disclose that all trading was done by a securities fraud recidivist and convicted felon.
