A final judgment was entered against Brian Callahan, Adam Manson, and Manson’s two entities, Distinctive Investments, LLC and Distinctive Ventures, LLC, in an alleged Ponzi Scheme. Callahan allegedly raised over $90 million from 45 investors. He used investor funds to pay other investors and for personal expenses. Manson, Distinctive Investments, and Distinctive Ventures created inflated false promissory notes and false audit confirmations to help conceal the scheme.
